Elevate Maverick Refund Policy

Refund requests for all Registration fee’s must be submitted by email to utahelevate@gmail.com.

The refund policy for Utah Elevate Lacrosse is as follows:

• Utah Elevate will refund 100% of the paid fees less a service charge when the refund request is received before April 1st of the program year.  The service charge is $25 for the Bandit package and $50 for the Renegade package.
• Utah Elevate will refund 50% of the paid fees less a service charge when the refund request is received on or after April 1st but before May 15th of the program year.  The service charge is $25 for the Bandit package and $50 for the Renegade package.
•  No refunds will be provided for refund requests received after May 15th of the program year.

  Exceptions may be made where a player must withdraw for medical reasons.  These exceptions will be reviewed and decided upon by the Program Director on a case by case basis.
